He has a work experience of over 10 years in Audit, Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, Consultancy and Advisory Services with domain expertise in GST Advisory, Service Tax, VAT, Direct Taxes and Consultancy. He has carried out Due Diligence works and represented clients from various walks of life in matters related to Litigation. Mr. Rathi has authored handbooks on Chartered Accountancy which includes Indirect Taxes and Information Systems Control and Audit.
