Mr. PRANAY J. SHAH, B.Com., FCA Mr Pranay J. Shah is a graduate of Commerce from the Madras University and a Fellow Member of the Institute of the Chartered Accountants of India. He commenced practice in the year 2015 and has handled appeals in Direct Taxes up to the Tribunal stage. He has also handled complex survey / search and seizure cases and made representations before the Honorable Settlement Commission (Income Tax & Wealth Tax). He has conducted sessions on Search and Seizures, Survey and Settlement Commission at ICAI and meetings held by ITAT Revenue Bar Association.
