Mr. R.THIRUMALMARUGAN is a Master Graduate from the Madras University and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered accountants of India (ICAI), who commenced professional practice in the year 1990 and has over 25years experience in the profession. A partner with CNGSN, he helps facilitate the Audit and Consulting Practice in the firm. He is the certified Peer Reviewer for the Chartered Accountants firms. On the audit side, he handles the audit of the country’s largest IT Education Provider and one of the largest garment manufacturers in the country. On the consulting side, he has also facilitated the preparation of offer documents for GDR purposes. He has also handled one of the India’s largest cross border acquisitions, whose value was in excess of USD 40M. He also facilitates the administration of two very large family owned funds. Apart from the above, he also handles cases in Indirect Tax, especially Sales Tax and Entry Tax. He is also the partner in-charge of Administration in CNGSN and helps to run a very professional enterprise.
