Mr.K. PARTHASARATHY, B.Com., FCA
Mr. K. Parthasarathy, has vast and varied Financial, Accounting and Audit experience. He started his profession in the year 1967, as a Senior Accountant with Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, Trichirappalli with the responsibilities of Financing of Boiler Erection Cells of all its sites in India. Subsequently, during the year 1971, he joined Dalmia Cements Private Limited, a company dealing in Cement, Monazite, Iron Ore and Travelling related services as Chief Internal Auditor. His duties include giving clearance for the preparation of final accounts of all the units of the Company to the Statutory Auditors.
He later joined Hindustan Construction Company Private limited as Accounts Manager during the year 1974. Impressed by his skills, the management promoted him as a Divisional Manager of the Company, entrusting him with Budget preparation and coordination with Site Engineers to ensure profitability of the project, as per the contract.
He was then promoted as the Financial Head of their division in Iraq where from he gained a vast experience towards ways and means of timely arrangements of funds for completion of the projects on time.
During the year 1986, he joined a Chartered Accountant Firm, M/s.Vijay & Mohan, Chartered Accountant firm from where he gained a vast experience in the auditing of Banks and Public Sector Undertaking.
The vast experience he gained from the various sectors has made him join the firm as a Partner from 2011.
